For a special recipe for Valentine's Day!
- 150 g of strained raspberry
- 3 egg whites
- 80 g of sugar
- Raspberry liquor
- 300 g of whipped cream
Boil the sugar with some water until the sugar makes bubbles. In the meantime beat the egg whites and then you can give the sugar to the white egg.
Take the raspberries and the liquor and put in the mass. Stroke the mass on a baking tray and freeze it. After 4 hours, you can cut out hearts.
Serve them with chocolate sauce and fresh berries.
