This was our second time at Pustertalerhof and I must say it exceeded our expectations. Family run hotel that exudes warmth and care in every aspect. The tasteful design and cozy ambiance reflect the dedication of the hardworking family behind it. The food is absolutely fantastic, with every meal showcasing quality and passion. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the daily shuttle service to the Riscone gondola , such a thoughtful and convenient perk! Not to mention also front desk staff who is always helpful and so nice to talk to. While the overall experience was highly positive, the only slight downside is the lack of a proper gym facility. However, this doesn’t detract much from the wonderful experience this lovely hotel provides. Highly recommended for a relaxing, welcoming stay in Kiens!
