Apple flan

Apple flan with cranberries for 4 persons


  • 250 g of grated apples
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 60 g of butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • Lemon peel
  • 80 g flour
  • 30 hazelnuts
  • 3 egg whites


Steam the apples with the sugar and butter. Beat the butter with the yolk, the sugar, the lemon peel and the vanilla sugar. Add the flour and the nuts. Beat the egg whites and mix it with the apples. Prepare four cups with some butter and crumbs and fill the with the mass. Bake the cakes for 30 minutes and a heat of 170°.

For the cranberries mix 200 g of cranberries with the juice of one orange and ¼ of red vine.
