Holidays in Deutschnofen

Like the neighbouring villages Welschnofen, Obereggen and Petersberg, Deutschnofen is located in a valley called Eggental. The region is an attractive holiday destination for all those, who like to spend much time outdoors, in winter and in summer.

Deutschnofen is the biggest municipality of Eggental, which is surrounded by the mighty mountains Latemar, Rosengarten and Schlern. Other famous mountain summits are for example also Zanggen, Weißhorn, Schwarzhorn and Mendel. Deutschnofen also has the following districts: Obereggen, Eggen and Petersberg.

Deutschnofen is located at 1,350 m of altitude on a sunny high plateau of Mt. Reggelberg and offers a dreamlike panoramic view of the Dolomites. Here, you can find old farms as well as a vivid centre with bars, shops, restaurants and sports facilities.

Winter in Deutschnofen

In the snowy winter months, Deutschnofen and Eggental benefit from the proximity to the skiing region Obereggen.
