Versatile wellness oasis in Sterzing

Relax and enjoy, swim and sweat: With its indoor pool, saunas and bistro, the Balneum Sterzing invites you to take a relaxing break all year round, while in summer the outdoor pool is also a popular destination.

The town of Sterzing, located 950 metres above sea level in the Wipptal Valley (also known as the Upper Eisack Valley), and its wellness oasis, the Balneum, are a perfect match! Both are cosy in size, impress with their Alpine charm and offer a fantastic view of the imposing surrounding mountains.

Pool fun for all

Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, the indoor pool at the Balneum has the right pool for everyone. Families will appreciate the inviting children's and baby area and the beginners' pool, which is connected to the counter-current channel by steps.

Those in search of relaxation, on the other hand, will unwind in the 33-degree whirlpool. Would you prefer to really work out? Then the 25-metre sports pool is for you. For the more intrepid, there is also a small outdoor pool in the cold season.

In summer, the Balneum also offers an outdoor pool with a large outdoor pool, a children's pool and plenty of space on the lawn for sunbathing. Since the indoor pool remains open in summer, guests of all ages are well distributed between the indoor and outdoor areas.
