Skiing region Stilfser Joch

The skiing region Stilfser Joch is located in a glacier area, at the almost 3,400 m high Mt. Geisterspitze.

At Stilfser Joch in Vinschgau, there is one of the last summer ski areas of the Alpine region. It is open from the beginning of May until November, as the mountain pass is closed in winter due to avalanche risk.
