Seiser Alm - Schlern

This idyllic high alpine pasture at the foot of the mountain Schlern is known as a walker’s paradise and thus it offers equally ideal conditions in winter for cross-country skiers. At an altitude of around 2000 metres there’s hardly a lack of snow and the romantic mountain landscape provides the ideal background. But don’t be fooled by the delights of the scenery. You’ll often find also demanding passage among the 60 km run.

Alta Badia

This valley, framed by the majestic peaks of the Dolomites, thanks the wonderful ski slopes for its popularity. The cross-country centre in Armentarola offers top conditions: 13 km of truly varied cross-country skiing stretch out between St. Kassian and the Valparola pass, taking you over alpine pastures and woodland stretches.


The mountain pastures of Lüsen are a little paradise for cross-country skiers, slightly hidden in the north side of the Plose, the main mountain of Brixen. Alongside the 7,5 km long circular run, the open plateaus of the Lüsner Pasture offer even more variants, as far as the neighbouring pastures of Rodeneck. Beautiful scenery, beautiful views and winter sport with no stress or tailbacks.


The valley of Martell is one of untouched and most genuine areas in South Tyrol and furthermore a first-class cross-country skiing area. More than 12 km of cross-country terrain stretch out around the biathlon centre located at about 1,700 m above sea level.

Langtaufers is a quiet side valley starting next to Reschen. It is a very special tip - not only because the 15 km long circular run, which guarantees best snow conditions because it is located at 1,700-1,900 m  above sea level. There is also the authentic and highly romantic mountain scenery of the valley, which is little known among tourists.
