Kasern: Cross-country skiing at the head of the valley

Kasern, one of South Tyrol’s most snow-sure locations, lies at the very northern end of the Ahrntal valley. The sunny trail starts right at the head of the valley and winds its way through the winter landscape, passing the famous Church of the Holy Spirit.

Depending on the route chosen, the trail can be between three and ten kilometres long and is particularly suitable for leisurely cross-country skiers.
