Starting point of the tour

Staller Sattel (2,052 m)

Route description

From the Staller Sattel, take trail no. 7 in the direction of Agsttal. Always uphill along the stream, you reach a wide basin in a long right-hand bend.

The route now climbs more steeply up to the Regelscharte and from here to the summit of the Rote Wand (2,817 m), which requires surefootedness and a head for heights.

Return: from the summit on trail 7 A via the long and short Wamme to the Obere Steinzgeralm. From there, continue on path 7 A to the right until you meet path 7 again, which leads back to the Staller Sattel.
