In Algund near Meran, you can buy theses delicacies directly from the local farmers as well as from South Tyrolean producers each year in autumn. The traditional “Farmer’s market” in Algund will take place from 24th to 28th October 2018 on Church Square.
Each day from 10 am to 5 pm, the stands offer bacon and sausages, cheese products, bread specialities, apiculture products, liquors and distillates, jams and much more. Of course, the farmers will tell you more about their products and the methods of cultivation, harvesting and processing.
