Dairy Drei Zinnen in Toblach
The dairy in Toblach in Hochpustertal was founded at the end of the 19th century. At that time, several dairy associations were founded in Pustertal and in entire South Tyrol. Their purpose was to reduce a lot of work for the single farmers and to apply better hygiene standards. Today, the common processing and marketing of the milk products are paramount of the dairies.
In 2004, the show dairy was opened in the new building. Visitors are offered a small museum giving interesting insights into the past of traditional milk processing and cheese production in South Tyrol.
