From Wengen in the direction of Pederoa, trail no. 15 A starts to the Armentara meadows and the circular trail of the same name. At the fork in the path, turn right to the Valgiarei chapel and continue on path 7A (Armentara circular path). At the next fork, you can either take trail 16 towards the small Sura Valgiarei lake and get back to trail 15 A and the return to Wengen.

Or stay on trail 7 A in the direction of the Utia Nagler inn and lift and continue on trail 7 to the Heiligkreuz hospice and pilgrimage site of the same name (2,045 m).

The way back is via trail 15 A back to Wengen and the starting point.
