The pleasurable hike through the mountain pastures above Schenna (in the true sense of the word) is scheduled for 2nd July 2014. On the one hand, the Gourmet Hike takes place in a dreamlike mountain scenery full of blossoming alpine roses.
On the other hand, a South Tyrolean star chef and a herb teacher will accompany the hikers and gourmets, who participate in this exceptional event, and of course, they will betray some secrets of the alpine cuisine.
Moreover, the participants will do the first part of the ascent by cable car. Then, they will unhurriedly hike to two alpine huts called Mahdalm and Gompm Alm, where they can taste bread with fresh butter, alpine rose juice and a delicious picnic.
