Exact details on dates, times and programmes can be obtained directly from the organiser.Every Thursday between 29 August and 24 October 2024, guests in Marling and surroundings will have the opportunity to go on interesting hikes on the traces of the traditional wine growing culture in South Tyrol.
The hikes on the WineCulturePath are guided by Heidi Tappeiner, a passionate lover of nature and natural landscapes. The hikes will start at 9:30 am in the village centre of Marling. Along the path, you can see life-size representations, information panels, traditional wine farms as well as a fantastic view of the vineyards of Meran and environs.
The guided hike will last about 1.5 hours. Afterwards, all participants are offered a traditional South Tyrolean snack in a winery or wine cellar. Together with the winegrower or cellar master, you will have the possibility to taste the home-made wines. At 12:30 am, the participants will return to the village centre.
Registration is required by Wednesday (5 pm), in fact by the day before at the tourist office. Price: €18 per person including wine tasting and snacks.
