Winter holidays without skiing possible

There are also many opportunities for an exciting winter holiday in South Tyrol away from the ski slopes. One highlight is the Marmolada cable car, which takes you to the highest peak in the Dolomites and offers breathtaking panoramic views.

After a cold day outdoors, the best place to relax is in one of the swimming pools in the area. The Cron4 in Bruneck, for example, offers various pools, saunas and spa treatments.

Cross-country skiing fans can let off steam on the Seiser Alm, which offers over 80 kilometres of perfectly groomed trails. You can also discover the snow-covered nature in this region on winter hikes, snowshoe hikes and ice skating.
