Elvis museum on Ritten
Region: Bozen and environs
Elvis is alive! The legendary Elvis Presley museum from Memphis/Tennessee is on tour and brings the spirit of Rock ‘n’ Roll for 8 weeks to the Ritten.
From 5th of July to 1st of September, Elvis fans and enthusiastic Rock ‘n’ Roll lovers have the opportunity to visit over 80 original objects once belonging to the king of Rock ‘n’ Roll. The exhibition shows many personal memorabilia like costumes, guitars, records or awards. One highlight is, of course, the last private Cadillac of Elvis, which was driven only by him personally. The impressive car with the number plate “1-Elvis” has a 14-carat gold ignition key and guzzles nearly 39 litres.
A special date for visiting the exhibition will be the 16th of August, the 36th death anniversary of Elvis Presley.
For some years now, the Elvis Museum is on tour through all continents and enjoys great success. The exhibition in the club house of Oberbozen is open every day from 11 am till 7 pm – the entry is free.
