St. Christina in Gröden, in the autumn offering three weeks full of taste and culture.
St. Christina, located at 1,428 meters high, is undoubtedly the perfect setting for an event full of taste, culture and nature. The natural beauty surrounding it, the majesty of the Dolomites, the Alpine flora of the "Pale Mountains", the typical peasant huts and houses, creating a unique and very romantic atmosphere for the event.
On Sunday 1st September to Sunday 22nd September restaurants and refuge of St. Christina will offer a wide array of cuisine that will present the specialties of South Tyrol and Gröden in particular with a rich tasting menu and an equally rich cultural program.
22 appointments that promise not to disappoint even the most avid foodies and the best forks. Bales (dumplings), Cajoncìe (small half-moon ravioli stuffed with spinach, figs, pumpkin), Gnoches by Penìa (dumplings with cottage cheese and chives) are just some of the specialties that you can enjoy in the restaurants and lodges during the Ladin autumn weeks - taste and culture.
The program also includes culinary excursions that will visit several shelters in Alpe Mastlé, where you can enjoy traditional Ladin cuisine and nature. There will be even musical events and exhibitions of sculpture.
