From the valley station in S. Cristina take the Col-Raiser cable car up to the mountain inn of the same name (2,107 m). From there, take the wide path to the next crossroads and turn off onto path no. 2 to the Fermada hut (2,111 m). The trail continues across the meadow slopes to the Cucasattel (2,153 m). Below is the small body of water of the Lec Sant ('Holy Lake'). Take trail no. 6 up to the summit of the Picberg (2,363 m, approx. 1.5 hours)

Return along the same path to the Col Raiser hut and from there on path 4 to the Gamsbluthütte hut and continue on path 1 and later on path 1A down into the valley to the St. Christina roundabout station (1 hour).
