Authentic culinary delights, alpine cosiness and impressive Dolomite panoramas – this combination is offered in March by the ski huts on the La Crusc ski tour during the Roda dles Saus gourmet week.

From 15 to 22 March 2026, the mountain huts on the La Crusc ski tour will be serving traditional Ladin dishes during the Roda dles Saus event. There are delicious treats ranging from savoury to sweet, featuring the typical flavours and products of the region.

At the opening on 15 March 2026, the chefs will prepare a speciality live during a show cooking event, accompanied by live music. The La Crusc ski tour is part of the Alta Badia ski area, but all huts can also be reached on foot from the villages of Abtei or Wengen.
