Dumpling festival

Exact details on dates, times and programmes can be obtained directly from the organiser.On Sunday, 21 September 2025 from 10:00 am, the covered festival grounds in St. Michael/Eppan welcome you with coffee, homemade cakes and white sausages. At lunchtime, various dumpling variations take centre stage: classic bacon dumplings, hearty cheese dumplings and sweet apricot dumplings cater to every taste. A special treat is "Toni's Plent" – an authentic South Tyrolean speciality from the singer colleague in the choir.
Music and community
The Michealer Böhmische band provides atmospheric musical entertainment throughout the day and invites you to linger. The festival offers the perfect opportunity to experience South Tyrolean hospitality and traditional cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
