Under the motto ‘Dishes with history’, traditional South Tyrolean dishes, lovingly prepared according to old recipes, await you. Regional exhibitors present handmade specialities and gift ideas for connoisseurs. Experience first-hand how people used to work – with demonstrations of ancient crafts.
