Dolomites culinary weeks

For all lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine, the "Dolomites culinary weeks" speciality weeks will take place from 6 to 21 June 2026, during which dishes will be prepared using 100% ingredients from the Seiser Alm holiday region.
The aim of the event, which is organised by the local Hoteliers and Innkeepers Association (HGV), is to showcase the Seiser Alm in gastronomic terms as part of a sustainable event for guests and residents.
During the culinary weeks, you can enjoy excellent dishes and get to know the cooperation of farmers and direct marketers in the region.
Special events
The festival opens on 22 May with the event "South Tyrol cooks" in Kastelruth.
Culinary delights and musical sounds await you at the "Völser Dorfkuchl" on 6 June.
