The Yoga Days South Tyrol have been created with the purpose to make yoga even more popular in this region. This year, the event will take place for third time at the Lumen Museum on Mt. Kronplatz, directly on the top at 2,275 m above sea level.

On 22, 23 and 24 September 2023, a varied programme awaits the participants, including different yoga lessons, music, workshops and more.

From Hatha yoga to Tantra yoga, from a South bath to Breath work, there are diverse highlights on this weekend.

On Saturday and Sunday, the hut Corones offers special vegetarian and vegan dishes at lunchtime. A visit to the extraordinary Lumen Museum is also recommended.

Information & tickets

Tickets will be available directly from the Yoga Days website (website in German). The ascent and descent with the cable car from Reischach are included in the ticket price. On Friday, the 22.09.2023, the cable car will also be in operation from 5.45 p.m. to 11 p.m. as part of Kronplatz by Night and with a Yogadays ticket you will also have free entry (until 21.30) to the museums Lumen and MMM Corones on this evening.
