There, a forest road brings them to the alpine meadow Plätzwiese and down again to lake Dürrensee and Toblach, where the participants of the long distance depart towards Innichen. The other ones proceed towards the valley Silvestertal and on a gravel path upwards to the farm Kurterhof. After a longer downhill the bikers reach the finish line in Niederdorf.
Long distance of the Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike:
Start point is again the main square in Niederdorf and the first part of the race is the same as that for the short distance. However in Toblach the racers cycle to Innichen, up to Mt. Haunold, down again to Sexten, where there starts another longer climb to Mt. Rotwand. Varied gravel paths lead back to Innichen and through Vierschach back again to the starting point Niederdorf.
