Route description
The cycle tour to Lake Varna is easy in every respect and therefore also family-friendly. We start in Neustift, the historic suburb of Brixen with the famous Augustinian monastery. On trail no. 19 you reach the Brückenwirt and a little further on the Punterhof and Vorderriggerhof farms.
The final section leads through a beautiful, shady mixed forest. After just over an hour, you swing off the saddle and dive into the refreshing and clear waters of Lake Vahrn. For the way back, you can choose the variant to the Seeberhof, Vahrn Oberdorf and the Grießerhof near Neustift.
