Natural bathing lake & Sports Centre Toblach

Summer in Hochpustertal has always much to offer: hiking, biking, visiting nature parks where you can see plants and animals. Also, around Toblach there are many varied activities such as discovering the bike path leading to Innichen, Niederdorf or Lake Toblach.

Along the cycle path, you will find the sports centre Gries. Here, you can play football in summer, take a refreshing bath in the natural swimming pool or ice-skate in winter.

Bathing fun without chlorine

The sports centre is easily reached on foot and it is an excellent alternative on hot summer days. The natural swimming pool, as well as the football field, are immersed in a unique landscape, at the foot of Toblach, where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the valley.

The natural lake is divided into an area for swimmers and one for beginners. Your children will be happy to take a bath in the natural pool of Toblach, just like in a real lake. As well, there is a sunbathing lawn with umbrellas, a bar with sun terrace, changing rooms and toilets.

Sports centre & recreational area Grieswaldile

If you would like to some physical exercise, the adjacent recreational area Grieswaldile is the perfect place. Here, families will look forward to a playground with swings, sand box and much more. Sports lovers are offered a fitness parcours.

In winter, there are many ice-skaters and hockey players, whereas you can enjoy playing football, lie under the sun or take a refreshing bath in summer. Enjoy all of these activities with a unique view to the surrounding mountains.
