Route description
From the northern shore of the Neves reservoir (1,860 m), take trail no. 24 through the forest up to the Neveser Alm and on to the Chemnitzer Hütte (also known as the Nevesjoch-Hütte, 2,419 m, approx. 1 ½ hours). From here, take trail no. 27 along the Kellerbauerweg, mostly flat and later through steep boulders to the Tristensee lake (2,344 m).
