In autumn, the farm taverns do not only serve chestnuts and new wine, but also specialities from Eisacktal. Feldthurns has many cultural sights too. The archbishops of Brixen established their summer residence in Veldthurns Castle in the 16th century. Today, the Renaissance castle in Feldthurns is in possession of the provincial administration and displays wonderful wood panelling and mural paintings. Visitors are welcome from spring until autumn.
