Welcome to Appartements Kerschbaumer

Our Appartements Kerschbaumer are located on a sunny slope, only 1km from the village centre and close to the Chestnut Trail. Surrounded by chestnut trees, orchards and a natural landscape, they are a perfect place for a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature. Moreover, from our house you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Eisacktal valley and imposant Dolomite peaks.

Holidays with a view, sauna & garden

We offer five apartments for two to five guests, which are cosy and furnished in rustic style. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and a terrace or a garden with table and chairs. Furthermore, our house provides a small but comfortable sauna, which is perfect for concluding an active day. You can take fresh herbs and salad from our kitchen garden or (for a fee) drinks from our cellar at any time.

Discovery tours in every season

The sunny village Feldthurns and environs offer countless possibilities for hikes or mountain bike tours. In winter, there are three skiing areas in surroundings or you can use our free snowshoe rental. The picturesque town Klausen and the bishop’s town Brixen are always worth a visit.

We spent a wonderful week with the Kerschbaumers and were completely satisfied. Our Teisblick apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. The vegetable garden, the sauna, and Andi's hiking tips made our vacation perfect. We'd love to come back!

Fantastic experience. The apartment, like the entire property, was meticulously designed, clean, and comfortable. And the view of the Dolomites and the valley is truly unique! The location is also excellent, a great base for many excursions. The owners are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Ploseblick holiday apartment for 12 days. Great view, very well-maintained and clean apartment, very well-equipped. The family is very friendly and gave helpful tips. The red wine from the wine cellar was delicious. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment at the beginning of February 2024. We, too, received a warm welcome, friendly service, and were somehow immediately in vacation mode. The apartment is completely renovated, practically new, as the technical installations have also been updated. Very high quality, and the modern, yet typical local design creates a feel-good atmosphere. The view of the snow-capped mountains opposite is hard to beat. The Seiser Alm and Plose ski areas are easily accessible in 25 to 40 minutes. You can hardly get more family-friendly skiing. We thank you for the wonderful stay and would love to come back.
