By bus to South Tyrol
During their holidays more and more people prefer to leave their own car at home and to travel comfortably and unhurriedly by bus.
Be it from northern or southern Europe – South Tyrol is accessible by bus from the main cities. Especially, there are good bus connections from the main airports such as Milan, Bergamo, Verona, Munich and Innsbruck to South Tyrol. As well, shuttle services or taxis comfortably take you from the bus stops to your accommodation. This way, you can perfectly combine an arrival by airplane and bus.
By bus or shuttle services – public or organised by your hotel – you can easily reach many starting points for hikes, as well as skiing regions, museums, mountain lakes and many more.
The well-established network of public transport in South Tyrol also offers Mobilcard for one day, three or seven days, allowing you to use all means for free. The South Tyrolean Integrated Transport includes all regional trains, all urban and suburban busses as well as several cableways and the narrow-gauge railway on Ritten.
