Both Welsberg and Taisten are located centrally in eastern Pustertal, not very far from the famous ski resorts Mt. Kronplatz and Drei Zinnen Dolomites. As well, they are characterised by a quiet position at the entrance of the idyllic Gsies valley. Welsberg has many wonderful shops as well as the might Welsperg Castle and Taisten is a wonderful village on a sunny high plateau with dreamlike Dolomites view.
