Outstanding hotel and staff.

We have travelled extensively all over the world and stayed in many high quality places and Zin Sefter is on top of our list. This is a unique lodging of premium quality, marrying a 5 star hotel with tasteful, rustic architecture and interiors. Everything is of high quality; from the beds to the sound proofing to the sinks. Even the bathrobes are above the usual 5 star quality. The whole place is well thought through, laid out and designed. In addition, the staff working there are excellent; they are able to find the perfect balance between being friendly and efficient. Big shout outs to Ms Alexandra who runs the place in ship-shape, Jonas from the reception, Melani from the restaurant and Iliena from the spa, you can see they’ve got it all covered! Food wise, the breakfast buffet spread is amazing; a big, diverse selection of good quality and it is very well managed by the staff. They make sure items are constantly refilled and that the display is spic and span. At the same time, they are always ready to cater to the guests. The tea snacks and optional lunch packs are also nice touches. Within the compound, there is a supermarket and a bistro, which makes it very convenient and fuss free. There is a washer and dryer within the hotel. Across the street, there is a spa with a mineral pool, massage and beauty treatments in the new extension of the hotel. Within Zin Sefter itself, there is also a spa area with sauna facilities. The hotel is very located, it is within walking distance to the old town, public swimming pool and the Drei Zinnen slopes. Access to the other slopes are also available by public transport, which is included in the stay. For us, Zin Sefter combines a comfortable and relaxed environment with easy access to everything necessary for a great stay and experience. We are already planning our 3rd stay!
