Our family-run Alpine Nature Hotel Stoll**** in the Gsieser Tal, an idyllic side valley of the Pustertal, offers warm hospitality and a cosy ambience with four-star comfort, a fantastic mountain backdrop and a variety of outdoor activities for the whole family. The bright and cosy rooms and suites with panoramic views ensure that you feel at home from the very first moment: we offer the right mix of peaceful relaxation and active nature experiences for the whole family.

Wellness, water worlds & regional specialities

For a relaxing break, Alpine Nature Hotel Stoll has a heated outdoor saltwater pool, a panoramic indoor pool, a children's pool, a sky lounge spa, sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and sunbathing lawn. Breakfast buffet in the morning, homemade cakes with coffee and tea in the afternoon and a 4-course menu of choice with salad buffet in the evening: our culinary pampering programme focuses on sustainable delights, and we give preference to products from local farms and our own farm.

Varied inclusive services & holiday adventures

Between the wide Alpine pastures in the Gsieser Tal and imposing Dolomite peaks, a variety of mountain experiences await active holidaymakers. At Alpine Nature Hotel Stoll you can hire rucksacks, hiking poles, bikes (e-bikes for a fee), snowshoes and toboggans free of charge, and there is also a fitness studio and a ski room with ski boot dryer and waxing bench. We offer free guided hikes in summer, and in winter the ski bus departs directly from the hotel. For kids and teenagers, our family-friendly hotel has various indoor and outdoor rooms and spaces for playing and having fun.

Perfect hotel right next to the cross-country ski trail in wonderful Gsies. Modern room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a balcony overlooking the cross-country ski trail – we were more than impressed. The quality of the food is unsurpassed, thanks to the kitchen. The wellness area with very large outdoor and indoor pools, the saunas with guided infusions, and the wonderfully designed relaxation rooms – wonderful. They even lit a campfire in front of the sauna. And all this accompanied by the friendliest staff. You can feel the family harmony. Thanks to the senior manager, who will remain in our memories with her "latt enk schmeckn" (you'll love it). The price-performance ratio is definitely right in this hotel. There is still a lot to say—we will definitely be back. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel, located in the beautiful Casies Valley, with two friends during the second week of October. We chose a large and clean Nature Lodge room. The spa area and saunas with outdoor views were beautiful. Two pools, one indoor and one heated and saltwater. The common areas were large and clean. The breakfast was generous and varied, ranging from sweet to savory. The restaurant served well-prepared local dishes. Kudos to the manager, all the staff, and the attention to detail and kindness shown to guests. The owner, a very kind and friendly person. What more can we say? We had a wonderful time. It was an unforgettable three days.
