We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and beautifully situated. Excellent service! It's an ideal base for hiking and cycling tours. We lacked nothing. Thank you for a wonderful summer.

I really wanted to book this place because of the view. I inquired about it last November, but they said I needed at least 7 days, so I looked around at other hotels... I wanted to go so badly that I decided to ask one more time, so I inquired in February. I originally inquired about a 3-night, 4-day stay (Friday to Monday), but they said it was only available from Friday to Sunday, so I booked 2 nights and 3 days and booked the remaining night at a different hotel. I think it's divided by week. It was just as I expected. ㅠㅠ The view was amazing. I had originally planned to bring my child to the pool because the view was so beautiful, but due to personal reasons, we couldn't swim, which was a shame. I hadn't expected the room to have air conditioning, but there was a window in the ceiling of the mezzanine, so it was nice and cool when I opened it. (I stayed from August 15th to 17th.) The room was well-decorated and felt like a home, except for the lack of a kitchen, which is typical of hotels. Many places in this area offer breakfast and dinner, but this place also offers both, so we didn't have to worry about finding a restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are both buffet-style, and dinner is a separate course meal. August 15th was the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and when I checked in, the staff told me it was a special dinner. I didn't choose a menu that day, just ate whatever was served, and it was delicious. I must have been tired from driving from Venice that day, because I dozed off while waiting for the menu. The next morning, I chose my menu in the morning and left, but as I was eating dinner that day, the dishes seemed to come out a little late. They had to wait for another table before leaving. At the hotel, when you eat breakfast and dinner, you're supposed to sit at a designated table for the entire meal, but it was too far back. I figured it might be because I was only there for two nights and three days, but this was a bit disappointing.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, making it the best we've stayed in the Dolomites. The view from the window is stunning, and it's one of the closest hotels to the mountain photo ops. However, the outdoor pool was closed when we visited, so we didn't get to use it. The service was excellent. We arrived very early, and the staff let us wait an hour before checking us in. The half-board dinner was also quite good.

Our stay was flawless in every way! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and great professionalism by the reception staff, always available and attentive to our every request. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and, above all, extraordinarily clean, almost obsessively so. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious products, the à la carte dinner menu was amazing, and the hotel's location is simply perfect. A truly positive experience, which made us feel pampered and at home. We can't wait to return. Thank you, Alessia and Claudio.

Superb hotel, magnificent view, all the staff are extremely kind and attentive. Very close to superb hikes in the Dolomites. The staff are also very helpful with our questions about the hikes, difficulty levels, terrain, etc. The meals are delicious, and the kitchen was very attentive to my gluten allergy and provided me with gluten-free bread and meals. Very quiet hotel, and the rooms and beds are also very comfortable. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel! . This review is referred to last week's experience. I can't evaluate the hotel's rooms or the restaurant quality, but the male owner has been so kind and effortlessly helpful that it left us without words: after we came to enjoy the afternoon at magnificent Odle and wanted to live the mountain with respect (walking up to the mountain with our legs, and not fast-food-like photo-tourism, that we hate), we found ourselves in a situation without a choice but to turn the car and drive back down the valley, so as last chance we just honestly asked a favour with an honest explanation, without big expectations. And he saved our day! It honours the name of Südtirol's lovely people, despite all you can read on social networks. If you speak honestly and with respect, you probably will obtain respect! Plus, the place, the garden, the reception, the structure, the furniture, the pool, the bathroom, the common area, were really well maintained and the prices seemed acceptable with a "long stay discunt", considering breakfast and, most importantly, dinner included for a little-very reasonable extra fee. Just check the website and you'll discover. I really love their philosophy. The surrounding nature, speechless. Plus, with the occasion of an aperitif in late afternoon we also met the female owner that has been kind and professional, too. Oh, and the parking has been super comfortable... All the best from Switzerland! And... keep going! (Important: this review comes spontaneously without any hotel's request about that, just to say "thank you" and invite people considering this place as very accountable)

It was a really relaxing hotel. I enjoyed a walk in the surrounding mountains, then relaxed in the pool and sauna, had a delicious dinner, and slept soundly. It was a blissful time. I am very grateful to them for providing such an environment. I want to go again.
