Short description

Panoramic trail via Alta Badia to the Fanes high plateau!

Description of the tour

Sometimes you don't need large hiking maps, detailed tour descriptions and altitude metres. To ensure that mountain biking remains an adventure, certain surprises should not be revealed before the start of a tour.

Starting point of the tour

Arlara-Lift in Corvara

Destination of the tour

Fanes Alm

Route description

The starting point is the Arlara lift in Corvara. A steep gravel road starts up here until the unique Fanes plateau reveals itself. Up here, bikers now have free choice. Instead of staring fixedly at maps, it is better to raise your head, enjoy the view of Marmolata, Fanes, Prags and Geissler and stop off at one of the many rustic mountain huts - for example the Pralongia hut, the Piz Sorega or the Piz La Villa hut.
Cyclists can return to Corvara on one of the many hiking trails or via the tarmac circular road that winds around the entire plateau and also leads to Arabba, St. Kassian and La Villa.
