The picturesque village on the South Tyrolean Wine Route is surrounded by fruit orchards and vineyards. Above the vivid village centre, there is a castle ruin from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Etschtal valley. An accommodation in Terlan is a good starting point for hikes and bike tours. A cableway brings you from Vilpian directly to the hiking area on Mt. Tschögglberg. The famous cycle path along the historical Roman road Via Claudia Augusta is located near your accommodation too.
