*A fantastic review for the Hotel AlpenSchlössel in South Tyrol* I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at the Hotel AlpenSchlössel in South Tyrol! The hotel is a true paradise for nature lovers and wellness enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, but the Pool Suite is an absolute highlight! The suite is roomy, luxurious, and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. What truly makes the Pool Suite unique, however, is its private pool, located right within the suite! (Room 505) It's a luxury you don't often find. The hotel's spa facilities aren't quite on the same level, but that's not a problem since the Pool Suite has its own private pool. The staff is friendly, attentive, and courteous—with one exception: Hanna at reception was unfortunately a bit prickly. But that's an isolated incident, as all the other staff members were very dedicated and helpful. The food at the hotel is simply fantastic! The kitchen uses fresh, local ingredients and offers a variety of dishes to suit every taste. I felt right at home. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the beauty of South Tyrol. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and biking trails, and the town is just a short walk away. Overall, my stay at Hotel AlpenSchlössel was fantastic! I highly recommend it, especially the pool suite – it's a must! *Rating:* - Rooms: 10/10 - Service: 9/10 (Hanna at reception was a bit grumpy, but everyone else was great!) - Food: 10/10 - Spa: 8/10 (The pool suite is recommended as it has its own private pool) - Location: 10/10 - Overall Impression: 9.5/10

We spent our family vacation with three teenagers at the Alpenschlössel and were absolutely thrilled! What we especially appreciated was the peaceful location right on the edge of the forest, just a few minutes from the main resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and the mountain views.

Where do you want to go for your honeymoon or a romantic getaway? We found just the right place here. Our suite at the Alpenschlössel was booked spontaneously and at short notice. But what we experienced and enjoyed here was a truly wonderful kind of vacation. You receive a warm welcome at reception and are shown to your room. Even your car is well looked after during your stay. My sincere thanks and respect go to everyone on this hardworking and very friendly team: - the reception staff, who always had an answer to all our questions and even escorted us to the Quellenhof in our bathrobes, - the waitstaff for the beautifully set table, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of, - the sauna masters, who showed us sauna enthusiasts a whole new and exciting world of sauna infusions, with wonderful aromas and a fantastic show, - the housekeeping staff, who even returned a book we had left behind to our room. And we only spent three nights here. It's certainly a place where you could easily spend much longer and enjoy yourself. My highlights were the opulent breakfast, which left nothing to be desired, from freshly squeezed juice to the egg station with avocado and the many regional dishes. And, as already mentioned, our highlight was the sauna infusions and the spa areas. In the evening, we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar with live music. We'd love to come back. Saying goodbye was hard. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The warm hospitality, the stylish ambiance, and the perfect combination of relaxation and activity made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is a true paradise, especially for families – from the lovingly designed children's program at the adjacent Quellenhof to the extensive wellness facilities for adults. The location amidst the South Tyrolean countryside is simply breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Alpine Nature Suite at the Alpenschlössel and, after some initial difficulties getting our bearings – the hotel consists of several buildings, and you sometimes have to use the elevator to get between floors – we felt very comfortable. The food was excellent: top quality, a wide selection, and consistently friendly, attentive service. The suite itself was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a large, modern bathroom. The infrared cabin was a nice extra, although we hardly used it. The underground parking garage is particularly noteworthy – spacious, easily accessible, and monitored. The Sky Pool and the entire wellness area are beautifully designed and very comfortable. It's also great that they strictly adhere to adults-only regulations – which creates a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Those traveling with families and children are probably better off staying in the main building, the Quellenhof. There's a lively, almost "Disneyland on a cruise ship" atmosphere there. The Alpenschlössel, on the other hand, is the perfect place for couples seeking peace, relaxation, and a luxurious ambience.

This was our first time at the Hotel Chalet Das Alpenschlössel, and it definitely won't be our last. There's simply nothing I can fault. The warmth and friendliness of the staff are outstanding. Our room with a whirlpool was a dream. The food is fantastic. The sports and wellness offerings are extensive. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

We stayed (unfortunately only...) for 2 nights in this magnificent place. A delightful discovery, nestled in the mountains, this oasis of perfection—from the welcome, to the hospitality, to the cleanliness, everything is in its place. We enjoyed the spa, with its indoor and outdoor pools, rooftop pools, saunas, relaxation areas, and more, as well as the wellness treatments, all of which were of the highest standard, even exceeding our expectations. During our stay, we also enjoyed sublime gourmet dinners, accompanied by an appetizer buffet, followed by cheeses and simply delicious desserts, all in a refined and well-maintained setting. We truly appreciated the greenery, both outside in the garden and in the interior details. There isn't a single criticism or negative thing to say. We'll be back as soon as possible, happy to have discovered a little paradise for a getaway every now and then!
