Welcome to the Residence Hochwart in Naturns

The Residence Hochwart is located in Tschirland, only 1 km southwest of Naturns, at the foot of the mountain Nörderberg at 570 m above sea level. The apartments are in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and orchards. If you are looking for a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday, which also offers many leisure activities too, then our Residence Hochwart is just the right place for you. Our modern, light-flooded apartments are allergy-friendly, built and furnished with natural materials. The roof truss is made of spruce wood which comes from the Sarntal valley and the bedrooms are made of fragrant Swiss stone pine wood from the Schnalstal valley. The beneficial properties of Swiss stone pine have a positive effect on the quality of sleep, lower the heart rate and increase the physical well-being.

Apartments to Feel at Home

Our apartments have all the comfort you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room, you can sit together comfortably at the table in the evening or watch TV on our double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and make-up mirror. The large balconies and terraces invite you to admire the surrounding mountain panorama, or simply close your eyes on a lounger and breathe in the fresh mountain air deeply.

Delicious Breakfast, Garden with Pool & Excursions

On request, we serve a delicious breakfast in our traditional room, the Zirmstübchen, with regional products, homemade jams, fruit and vegetables from our own cultivation, various sausages and cheese. You can relax in our large garden with swimming pool, sunbathing lawn and children's playground. If you are sporty and like to be in the mountains and nature, then you will love the numerous hikes, bike tours and walking trails around Naturns and in the Texelgruppe Nature Park. But also, the village Naturns itself and the nearby spa town of Meran have a lot to offer. In addition, our guests have free admission to the indoor and outdoor pools of the Erlebnistherme Naturns.

We were able to book an apartment at very short notice, and what can I say... we were lucky! The apartment was comfortably furnished and well-maintained, just like the house and the grounds. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside. Breakfast is available, but we didn't take advantage of that; we just used the bread roll delivery service. You can also buy chilled drinks there. If we ever travel to the area again, we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice holiday apartment. We were a group of four and had a large kitchen with a bedroom and a separate bedroom. The staff were very friendly, and there was also an elevator and a very nice pool.

The property is beautifully situated and impeccably maintained. The same goes for the pool, which is cleaned meticulously every day. The apartments are stylishly furnished and well-equipped. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommended! We've stayed here three times now and will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. A real highlight was the convenient bread delivery service and the chilled drinks already provided in the apartment. The transport links are excellent, and numerous beautiful hiking trails start right outside the door. After an active hike, the lovely pool provides the perfect refreshment and relaxation. The excellent, friendly, and helpful advice regarding hikes and excursions was also particularly noteworthy. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I have stayed at Residence Hochwart before (we've also brought our children in the past), and we always feel very comfortable and welcome at the Lechner-Holzer family's establishment. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and everything has been thought of. The calming scent of Swiss pine that greets you upon entering the rooms adds to the feeling of well-being. It was still too cold for the pool this time (early May), but we have enjoyed using it a lot on previous holidays. Breakfast on our last day of vacation left nothing to be desired and was served with such attention to detail that we would have loved to stay longer. Many thanks to the Lechner-Holzer family! We are already looking forward to our next visit.
