Veraltenhof

The Veraltenhof is situated in a sunny panoramic location at over 1,100 metres above sea level in Tiers am Rosengarten. Surrounded by meadows and forest, guests can enjoy not only breathtaking views of the Dolomites, but also a relaxed closeness to nature. The organic farm offers cosy rooms with breakfast as well as insights into farm life between berry garden and variety of herbs, between dwarf zebus and honey bees. The farm is the ideal holiday retreat for hiking fans, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

The 4 double rooms at the Veraltenhof are cosily furnished with solid wood furniture and wooden floors and have a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. The 3 rooms facing the valley have access to the shared balcony, with one room offering an additional room. For a relaxing break, our guests also have access to a lounge with free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped communal kitchen, a panoramic terrace and a sunbathing lawn. Our breakfast delights with a variety of organic products from the farm and the region. We also offer a packed lunch if ordered the day before, and there is a corner with our own farm produce.

Our dog and cats live on the farm, as well as ducks and guinea pigs, and on request we are happy to organise a farm tour for our guests, e.g. with a visit to the stables or a garden excursion. Active holidaymakers can set off on a variety of hikes between Rosengarten and Schlern directly from the Veraltenhof. Our guests also receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge and thus free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol. The marvellous surroundings are ideal for outdoor activities at any time of the year, and on request we rent rucksacks, rain protection and snow boards free of charge.
