Our Egger Apartments & Suites are located at the entrance to Villanders above Klausen. We await you in an exceptionally sunny spot in the heart of the Eisacktal Valley, with a fantastic view of the Dolomites and warm hospitality, so that you feel completely at home.

Whether small and cosy or spacious with a roof terrace – here you will find exactly the right apartment for your holiday, always with a fantastic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. Here you have space to feel at home. In summer, the outdoor pool invites you to take a refreshing break and relax in the sun. Bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes, free parking at the house. Small pets are welcome in the annex on request. Start the day relaxed with fine regional breakfast delicacies, browse through our GENUSS corner in between, or let yourself be pampered in the surrounding restaurants in the evening. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory – the main thing is enjoyment.

We stayed in a new apartment for 5 nights. It was a lovely apartment. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Thomas and his sister run the apartments with a lot of love and attention. They really put in the effort to do their best for all guests. We found it to be a pleasant stay for our holiday in the Dolomites.

We had a very pleasant stay (6 nights) here at Eggers Apartments & Suites. We stayed in the new section, which has very nice, spacious rooms. The garden and pool were also very nice, and Villanders / Villandro was a good base for everything we wanted to see in the Dolomites.

The family was very hospitable and ready to help with anything (last-minute room change & air conditioning issue). We did not make use of the breakfast buffet, but this is an option, and the garden where you can eat, along with the view, makes it very special in my opinion!

We enjoyed ourselves and definitely recommend staying here :) Good luck Thomas and Astrid!

Neu errichtete Apartment und Suiten, die alles bieten, was man zum Entspannen und erholen braucht. Das Personal und speziell der Hausherr Thomas sind sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllen jeden Wunsch mit einem Lächeln und großer Freundlichkeit. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft und die Aussicht kann auf den großen Balkonen entspannt genossen werden.

Our stay at Egger Apartments & Suites was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We are so happy that we chose this wonderful place.

The hospitality of Thomas and his family alone is a reason to stay here. They are genuinely kind, caring, and welcoming people. Every day, Thomas greeted us with a smile, asked how our day had been, and was always happy to answer questions and help in any way possible to make our vacation as enjoyable as it could be.

We stayed in the new building and absolutely loved it. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The views from the room were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden with its swimming pool and the delicious breakfast overlooking the magnificent Dolomites.

What we appreciated most was the peaceful location. Surrounded by nature, it offered a relaxing atmosphere while still providing easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Thanks to this convenient location, we were able to explore every destination on our itinerary in a short time.

Leaving was truly difficult because this place has left a special mark on our hearts. We would like to sincerely thank Thomas and his family for their warmth and care. We wish them good health, continued success, and guests who bring the same positive and warm energy that they so generously share with others.

We hope to return one day.

Dear Thomas and your family,

We were absolutely blown away when we arrived. The welcome was so warm that you can't help but feel welcome. When we saw the apartment, that feeling of being blown away continued. Everything was spotless and brand new, and then there was the mountain panorama from the balcony. Activities were easily accessible by bus. We didn't need our car at all; we only went on foot and by public transport. When you return, Thomas greets you with a smile and offers a nice after-work beer.

We booked with breakfast included. Here, too, you are immediately greeted by Thomas, the heart and soul of the place, with enthusiasm and a witty remark. And the selection... everything your heart desires for breakfast, plus freshly prepared scrambled or fried eggs.

Your house is always worth a visit. I highly recommend spending a few days here. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I were blown away by the kindness and warmth the staff showed us throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and were very impressed by the amenities the apartments offered. The view was stunning, having access to the pool felt like a true luxury, the breakfast was divine, and the staff could not have been nicer. We had such a lovely stay and will recommend it to everyone.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bei den Apartments & Suites Egger.
Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut  freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Dafür vergeben wir ohne Einschränkung 10 von 10 Punkten.
Auch die Ausstattung der Apartments und die Zimmer selbst haben uns absolut überzeugt. Alles ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die traumhafte Aussicht. Der Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft ist einfach wunderschön und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Dear Thomas, dear Egger family,

It was so wonderful staying with you! We haven't felt so comfortable and welcome in a long time!

You have furnished everything so beautifully and with such care (we stayed in suite number 14). Everything is clean and high-quality, and the beds are very comfortable. There are two coffee machines, one for filter coffee and one for capsules! Fantastic! The view is breathtaking, and the pool is lovely (unfortunately, we didn't get in, we had so much to do ). Everything is very well-maintained and simply cozy. There's a refrigerator where you can buy a wide variety of drinks, sweets of all kinds, pasta, and various pestos for preparing something quick – really well thought out! We had five wonderful days in Villandro and definitely want to come back! The warm welcome from Thomas was always a highlight when we returned to the hotel, and we could enjoy an after-work beer and an Averna or Limoncello at the cozy bar and chat with him about anything and everything. The breakfast buffet was delicious and beautifully presented every morning, and the service was, of course, top-notch! Thomas and his family are hosts with a huge heart ️! Thank you so much, stay just the way you are and above all, stay healthy, see you hopefully for New Year's Eve! All our love! Manuela and Slaven
