Our Egger Apartments & Suites are located at the entrance to Villanders above Klausen. We await you in an exceptionally sunny spot in the heart of the Eisacktal Valley, with a fantastic view of the Dolomites and warm hospitality, so that you feel completely at home.

Whether small and cosy or spacious with a roof terrace – here you will find exactly the right apartment for your holiday, always with a fantastic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. Here you have space to feel at home. In summer, the outdoor pool invites you to take a refreshing break and relax in the sun. Bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes, free parking at the house. Small pets are welcome in the annex on request. Start the day relaxed with fine regional breakfast delicacies, browse through our GENUSS corner in between, or let yourself be pampered in the surrounding restaurants in the evening. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory – the main thing is enjoyment.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bei den Apartments & Suites Egger. Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Dafür vergeben wir ohne Einschränkung 10 von 10 Punkten. Auch die Ausstattung der Apartments und die Zimmer selbst haben uns absolut überzeugt. Alles ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die traumhafte Aussicht. Der Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft ist einfach wunderschön und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Our stay at Egger Apartments & Suites was simply unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Thomas and his family gave us an incredibly warm welcome – you feel right at home from the very first moment. Thomas truly tries to fulfill every wish, and his open and friendly nature makes you feel completely at ease. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. From smart TVs to rain showers, nothing is lacking. The absolute highlight, however, is the breathtaking mountain view – simply stunning! The beautiful garden with its fantastic pool is also perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location is ideal: you can quickly reach the mountains for hiking or skiing, and at the same time, beautiful towns like Brixen and Bolzano are also within easy reach. A vacation you'll never forget – and one that will make you want to book your next stay immediately. A heartfelt recommendation!

We spontaneously took advantage of the fantastic spring offer and were able to spend 5 days/4 nights here. A brand-new apartment with a rooftop terrace and a magnificent view was provided, and the online advertising didn't exaggerate at all! Really nice and modern furniture and furnishings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. They even thought of dish soap and dishwasher tablets, as well as a small number of coffee capsules from a major brand. Since a supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away, self-catering is easy. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. – everything was there. So nothing stood in the way of a lovely breakfast or meal on the rooftop terrace. If you don't feel like sitting outside in the evening, you can simply lie in bed and look out through the large windows. A large TV with many German channels and also an information channel for the South Tyrol region is well-positioned in the room and can be swiveled, so you can watch it from the sofa or in bed. The owner, Thomas, deserves special mention for his outstanding hospitality! Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! We would love to spend another holiday here!

Sono rimasta sorpresa dalla cortesia ricevuta. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. Ci sono stati dati consigli, utilissimi. La stanza era meravigliosa e stupefacente quanto fosse pulita perfettamente. Ci torneremo.

Wir haben unser Lieblingsapartment bei Fam. Egger und waren eben zum dritten Mal da. Am Anfang war für uns die Lage wichtig (in Brixen, unweit des Busbahnhofs, an Rande der Altstadt) und die Brixen Card - die Möglichkeit Südtirol preiswert zu erkunden. Jetzt aber kann ich addieren, dass ich in dem schönen Design des Hauses und die gute Qualität der Ausstattung sehr zu schätzen weiß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist hervorragend.
