Eco ApartSuites clad in larch wood and furnished with natural materials are your holiday home on the Urban Alp - your very personal space to recharge your batteries and slow down. Your power place in a discreet ambience. All units have cooking facilities and access to the outside. Some units are also equipped with a bathtub, private sauna and workation studio.

OLM guests enjoy breakfast and dinner in the in-house restaurant PRENN°, in their own ApartSuite or in the restaurants in the surrounding area - true to the motto: "Do what you feel like doing".
Culinary chef Berni Aichner and his team will surprise you again and again with various delicacies on special themes. Look forward to special menus at the exclusive APÈRO Dinner, on the highlight evenings and at the OLM Dinner and let yourself be spoilt with fresh, regional products from small circuits. Our sports pool invites you to swim early in the morning, while the neighbouring natural bathing pond is particularly popular after an afternoon sauna session. Those longing for some warmth will find their place to be in our Finnish sauna, steam bath or outdoor panorama sauna before relaxing in our relaxation room.

80 three-thousand-metre peaks, an extensive network of hiking trails and spectacular biking opportunities await you in summer, while 86 kilometres of slopes, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and panoramic ski tours provide plenty of excitement in winter. There's plenty to do around OLM Nature Escape and of course on the Urban Alp itself. Power yourself up in our fitness room and find your inner centre with yoga and meditation in the Wild Garden.

What a wonderful place! I came here with my husband for a weekend getaway and we were pleasantly surprised. Innovative and meticulously maintained, delicious food with a variety of options, and excellent staff, always helpful and smiling. Exceptional. We will definitely be back.

I stayed from November 14th to 16th and had a fantastic experience. The facility is modern and meticulously maintained, offering all the necessary comforts. Cleaning is available on request to reduce water waste, a very eco-friendly choice. The spa area is perfect for relaxing: sun loungers, canopies, and a herbal tea area with hot and cold drinks and fresh fruit. The pool, with sliding doors to the outside, creates a spectacular mist effect when it's cold outside; for the more adventurous, there's also a swimming pond with icy water. Two saunas, a Turkish bath, and an indoor/outdoor gym complete the wellness offerings. The only downside: swimsuits are not permitted in the sauna and Turkish bath. The restaurant offers an open kitchen, generous breakfasts with locally sourced products, and delicious juice shots. Dinner is by reservation: we tried the four-course menu served at your table and the buffet with live pasta preparation. A complete experience combining comfort, relaxation, and high quality: highly recommended!

This was my third stay at OLM, and I love it more each time. The team is fantastic, from reception and service to the maintenance staff. We often book the small apartment because we travel with our dog and appreciate the little side room for working. The spa is great; the glass-enclosed sauna with its view of the water is a highlight, and the food and bar are truly exceptional!

An incredible place. Simple and refined, immersed in tranquility yet close to everything, energetically self-sufficient yet with the energy to regenerate its guests as well. We would give it 6 stars. Beautifully designed, exceptionally friendly staff, and outstanding food. We simply want to thank and commend the entire team once again. We first came right after the opening, and since then, our annual getaway there has been a fixed part of our plans. Arrive, relax, and feel at home. Rooms We have rarely felt so comfortable. Wood, warm colors, a bathroom, kitchenette, sauna, bathtub, a large balcony, and a sweeping glass front with a beautiful view. Food The breakfast selection leaves nothing to be desired. Regional and fresh products, freshly baked bread, omelets and poached eggs, cheese, cold cuts, fruit... but not the usual uninspired fare, rather something special and unique. Dinner is exceptional and always special, not a classic à la carte menu, but different dinner options each evening. We have rarely eaten so superbly. That's another reason to return. Spa and Pool Beautifully designed and laid out, a relaxation and wellness oasis both indoors and out. Location/Architecture A dream! I'm reminded of James Bond films; the entire building could easily be part of one. It's the perfect starting point for various hikes or bike tours right from the front door, or with a short drive, you can head straight into the Dolomites.

We had a wonderful stay in this wonderful new property. The hotel's location is far from the hustle and bustle, immersed in a magical valley filled with pastures and lush greenery. We found every comfort worthy of a superior hotel. All the spaces, from the spa to our suite and the restaurant, are furnished in a typical mountain style, yet with charm and elegance.
