In our Hotel Saltus in Jenesien, natural materials, such as local larch wood, lime, clay, wool and linen, play a significant role. The rooms and suites are designed in a timeless, unique and natural way. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saltus. A peaceful spot nestled in the woods with truly breathtaking autumn colors. Welcoming and clean rooms. The spa is relaxing, with a view of the surrounding nature. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

I travel a lot and I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one really surprised me.The energy is good, the team is genuinely kind and the service feels natural not forced. The design is beautiful, the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. Honestly it’s a hotel where you feel good right away. I’ll be back!

We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was always friendly and ready to accommodate our every request. The interior design is beautiful, with a perfect concept behind it! The rooms are clean, very welcoming, and smell wonderful... The common areas are always tidy and clean. The highlight of the property, in my opinion, is the infinity pool on the top floor, with a stunning view. We also ate well at the restaurant; the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The perfect place to rejuvenate body and soul. We felt pampered from start to finish. If we had had the chance, we would have extended our stay for at least another week. We'll definitely return soon.

Very friendly welcome, trained staff at the reception. It was surprising that we had to pay for our two rooms for the three nights in advance upon check-in. Rooms were reduced in size, but nice, with a wonderful view if you stay on the upper floors. Service in the restaurant "Licht und Schatten" (Light and Shade), breakfast à la carte with a good selection, but always the same. Salmon or smoked fish were not available. A good selection of gluten- and lactose-free products. Dinner had a good selection, and as a half-board guest, you could order individually à la carte at any time. The food was delicious and plentiful. Drinks were outrageously expensive: tap water €5.90, 0.25l Coke €6.50, tea €9, 0.3l Pilsner €9, wine by the glass or bottle was overpriced. The sauna area was very nice, as was the rooftop pool area. Overall, a nice hotel, but for the price, there are good 5-star hotels with better service in South Tyrol.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The breakfast is the best we've ever had at a hotel, and the service is extremely good. Overall, there's nothing to complain about; we'd love to come back to enjoy the nature and the wonderful hotel!
