Our family-run Hotel Gasthof Jochele**** is situated in the picturesque village centre of Pfalzen. Our modern house has a 200 years old history and is a vivid place, where you can experience an authentic South Tyrolean atmosphere still today. The restaurant and bar are a famous meeting point for local inhabitants and guests. Lifestyle at the regulars’ table and holidays shaped by both tradition and zeitgeist: this is the new Jochele.

Our guests are offered new, spacious, modern rooms with a balcony. As well, there are comfortable apartments in the adjacent building. All rooms and apartments are equipped with high-quality wooden furniture and with any comfort. The WLAN access is limited to certain times, as you will find the hottest news at the regulars’ table anyway. In our restaurant, we pamper you with refined dishes and with traditional specialities of the typical South Tyrolean inn cuisine. For their preparation, we mainly use seasonal products from the region. Holidays in a South Tyrolean inn: the bar with regulars’ table and the laid-back Adler lounge are perfect for convivial moments and card games. Also, the garden is a popular meeting point and event location for our special Jochele experiences.

Relax in our Finnish sauna, in the steam bath, in the new relaxation room with a view of the garden or at the new outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn. At the tea bar you are offered herbal teas and Jochele spring water. The Hotel Gasthof Jochele in Pfalzen is a good starting point for hikes and bike tours. Wintertime offers a broad offer of activities as well as perfectly prepared slopes at Mt. Kronplatz skiing area in the close environs (accessible with free ski bus directly from the hotel). A storage room for winter sports equipment as well as for biking and hiking equipment is available. Moreover, we will be pleased to give you our personal tips for tours and excursions, maps included.
