In our traditional and yet modern chalet, we will welcome you with heart hospitality and friendliness.

Style, charm & attention to detail

Our guests are offered cosy apartments for 2-4 people, equipped with everything you need to make you spend an unforgettable holiday. Each apartment has a living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with satellite TV and a bathroom with bathtub and/or shower and hairdryer. The chalet offers a garage, an elevator, and infrared sauna as well as large balconies and a dreamlike garden.

Hiking & skiing in Alta Badia

The panoramic view will allow you to enjoy views of the surrounding mountains of the Dolomites and many outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or skiing. Also, the Chalet Stefan is located directly at the Gardenacia slope of Alta Badia skiing area, allowing you to access directly to the famous Sellaronda which is part of Dolomiti Superski association. For lovers of good food, Alta Badia offers great restaurants where you can enjoy the best traditional cuisine and fine wines.

️ A truly wonderful penthouse apartment with three balconies and breathtaking views of the Dolomites. Welcoming hosts who provide every amenity, a stylish yet cozy apartment, underground parking, and an elevator directly to the penthouse. La Villa/Stern is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours—we had a dream vacation and plan to return next year. Honestly: IT CAN'T GET ANY BETTER ️️

We spent a fantastic week at Chalet Stefan. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with stunning mountain views. It’s perfectly located near the ski lifts and hiking trails, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a true retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—already looking forward to coming back!

The perfect place for a vacation in the Dolomites! The apartment is gorgeous, it lacks nothing: plenty of space, a garage, and amenities. Plus, there's a snack, fruit, and cakes available at the reception, and an infrared sauna. The apartment is located behind a chairlift, ideal for getting up into the mountains without having to drive. From here, all the most famous places are about an hour or so away, so it's truly central. But the real winner is Carlo, a member of staff who was able to recommend unique places to eat and see. He's a truly kind person and always available. We trusted him with everything we needed.

Location offers vast views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. It is one of the best locations in La Villa for sure. But that’s not all. Modern design pleases the eye and offers maximum comfort. 1 min walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars. But I would also like to give all possible stars and some more to the hospitality of the family that owns the chalet. We had an issue with our rental car, which was taken care of by Stefan. Fresh baked goods miraculously appeared at the lobby for everyone to enjoy. Fruits, teas, cookies, etc. were always replenished and all of these extras added a touch that made our stay very special.

We had the apartment with the wraparound terrace. The rooms are super nice—someone really went to great lengths with the interior design. The only downside is that the kitchen is better left small when several people are working in it. But there's also the large apartment upstairs.
