Welcome to Apartments Braiter in Kuens!

Our Apartments Braiter with new bathing pond are located in the small village Kuens, at the entrance of the Passeiertal, only 4 km from Meran. Situated in the middle of the orchard and vineyards of Kuens and with a spectacular view over Meran and the Texel mountains, our apartments are the best starting point for numerous hiking tours and excursions, surrounded by a magnificent natural landscape.

Breafast on request & natural bathing pond

Our lovely and comfortable furnished apartments offer enough space for 2-4 persons and are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC, some of the apartments with separated children’s room as well as with a furnished balcony with wonderful view over Schenna, Meran and Passeiertal. Available as well: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, flat screen TV, radio and hairdryer. On request, it is possible to book our delicious breakfast. Our beautiful garden is especially appreciated by our guests: while children are having fun in the children’s pool, in the sandpit or visiting our rabbits, parents can relax and enjoy the wonderful view over Schenna and Meran. In addition, our new, biological bathing pond is ideal for a refreshing bath on hot summer days.

Exploring Meran & the Passeiertal Valley

Our Apartments Braiter are situated in the close environs of the village centre of Kuens. You can easily reach Riffian and Meran by bus. Active vacationers look forward to dreamlike hikes near Kuens, along Tappeiner path, to Lake Obisell, Pfandler hut or to the picturesque Muthof farms.

We spent our vacation as a family with two older children (18 and 11) at the Zypresse holiday apartment! We had two wonderful weeks with the Raffl family! We used the car three times, and the bus stop is very close by. With the South Tyrol Card, you can use the extensive bus network for free! Getting to Merano is quick by public transport, which we loved! Mrs. Raffl is very nice; we didn't lack for anything! THANK YOU for EVERYTHING! The view from the balcony was fantastic! :)

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in the Kirschlorbeer holiday apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and the view of Merano and Schenna from the large balcony is fantastic. Bicycles and a motorcycle can be stored in the large garage. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful; we felt completely at home and would love to come back.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this holiday apartment. The apartment was very modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and had absolutely everything we needed, plus plenty of storage space for clothes – fantastic! The option to borrow small items, such as kitchen appliances or simply fresh towels, was also great. The view from the spacious balcony overlooking the Merano Valley was simply breathtaking, and the location was excellent overall. Merano is easily accessible by bike in about 20 minutes, and the beautiful Dorf Tirol can be reached on foot in just 45 minutes. A bus with direct service to Merano stops about a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with any special requests or questions both before and after our arrival. If you wish, you can even have fresh bread delivered in the mornings. Highly recommended! :-)

We spent a wonderful week in the vacation apartment. Mrs. Raffl is such a wonderful host. Everything was spotlessly clean. We truly lacked nothing. We will always fondly remember our stay with the Raffl family. Thank you very much.

Convenient for me, the center of Merano is clean and tidy. However, they have the habit of entering the apartment when guests are away. Thank you, Raffi family. I only wrote now because Google asked me to, and that incident came to mind. Unlike you, I have a good memory. Some workers had entered the apartment to repair a kitchen cabinet. I remind you that when an apartment is rented, the owner cannot enter without the tenant's absence without prior appointment, otherwise it's a violation of privacy. Regardless, we also had our dog with us. What if we had left him inside the apartment for some reason, and thanks to your intrusion, he had escaped? Your behavior was extremely rude to us. You should have let us know that some workers would be coming that morning to do some work. This is why we haven't been back on vacation with you since 2019. Best regards, Iorio.

We stayed with the Raffl family in August and had a wonderful week. The apartment was very clean and modern and had a very large balcony with a perfect view of the beautiful South Tyrolean landscape. The morning bread delivery service and the beautiful, natural outdoor pool with a small sunbathing lawn were also great. I can fully recommend Residence Braiter and thank the Raffl family for their hospitality and the wonderful vacation (despite the coronavirus...)!
