Beautiful hotel in the stunning Val d'Ultimo. Spacious and very clean rooms. Entirely made of wood, allowing you to experience the mountain climate even more. Excellent relaxation area. Excellent food, and very friendly and helpful staff. A special heartfelt thank you to the lady with black bob hair and glasses who served us. She was incredibly kind and sweet. My girls adored her. Thank you for everything, and hugs from Greta and Martina.

Wonderful place. I recommend everyone to go there, you'll be enchanted and want to return. The preparation and helpfulness of the entire staff is unsurpassed, and I always thank them for that. The only shame: returning once a year is too little!

A perfect vacation in a beautiful hotel with excellent food, superb service, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Every request is fulfilled (e.g., gluten-free food, oat milk). They always try to make everything possible. I highly recommend this hotel. The owners and all the staff are always friendly and have pleasant conversations with the guests. Be sure to ask for recommendations for hiking tours. These were our best. The wellness area is a dream.

Great, modern rooms. Excellent, varied 5-course menu, with a selection of vegetarian options. Very attentive, friendly service. A must-do is the mountain hike with the hotel manager, which takes place once a week.

We spent a wonderful week at the Vitalhotel Rainer. Everything was just right here: large, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Practical bathrooms, some with windows. The breakfast buffet is small but excellent, featuring regional products and a juice machine. We always had good dinners, especially the dessert, which was always the perfect finishing touch. The staff was always very friendly and willing to chat. A big compliment to the team. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak in our room.

The rooms are spacious, bright, and furnished with typical South Tyrolean taste, a perfect balance between rustic style and modern comfort. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the quiet nights guarantee a rejuvenating sleep. Many rooms also boast panoramic balconies where you can sip a herbal tea while admiring the landscape. Excellent cuisine combines tradition and quality. After a day of hiking, the small but welcoming wellness area is the ideal place to unwind. A sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, and relaxation area complete the offerings, making the experience even more rejuvenating.
