Once it began as sawmill and first guesthouse of the village, today it is a unique brewery hotel, satisfying guests in search of relaxation and gourmets as well as active vacationers, nature lovers and beer connoisseurs. In fact, the all year-round open Martinerhof's Brauhotel in St. Martin in Passer offers not only pleasant and comfortable rooms with satellite TV, phone, safe, shower/WC and balcony with marvellous panoramic view of the Mountains in Passeiertal. Moreover, in the hotel restaurant & pizzeria you can enjoy culinary delicacies and tasty pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven.

The suitable beers and wines are provided by the in-house brewery as well as by our Passir winery at Martinerhof’s Hotel Unterwirt (only 150 m from Brauhotel), which can be visited during exciting guided tours. The bus hotel Unterwirt offers as well comfortable and well-equipped rooms, which are perfect for travel groups.

This is our second time here. The gnocchi with venison absolutely captivated us – absolutely delicious – and the Wiener schnitzel is second to none. The service was excellent, friendly, and fast. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Martinerhof for a total of 10 days. What we loved: Very clean rooms (we were lucky that our room in the main building was at the back with a sunny balcony). Super friendly and fast service. Absolutely uncomplicated booking. Extremely delicious food in the brewery and delicious, home-brewed beer. Free bus service to Merano. Free entry to the swimming pool and sauna. Discount at the Merano Thermal Baths. Good location (close to the town center, close to the bus stop, within walking distance to the supermarket, 35 minutes to Merano). What we didn't like: The breakfast is unfortunately not very extensive and a bit monotonous. The hotel is on the street, so if you have a room at the back it's great, but it's definitely noisy at the front. Because the parking spaces are also used for the restaurant, the parking situation isn't ideal. The hotel is quite noisy; as soon as the cleaning staff starts in the morning, you're awake. All in all, we definitely recommend the hotel!

Sleeping in a mountain lodge where excellent beer is produced is a dream come true! Excellent location for exploring the area and a great starting point for various high-altitude hikes and more. Just a stone's throw from the small village of San Martino, a car is practically unnecessary; the bus stop is right in front, providing easy access to major points of interest and starting points for various excursions. The staff are friendly and helpful; you feel welcomed and cared for. The room is spacious and clean (the only shame is the mattress wasn't very comfortable), and the bathroom is new, large, and functional. A well-stocked sweet and savory breakfast is served. Directly across the street, you have free access to the well-maintained swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. A special mention goes to the legendary Walter, a wise and disarmingly friendly guide; for us, he was an added bonus, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local tradition and way of life. Another shout-out to the Brewmaster, who produces truly delicious and well-crafted beers (mostly in the traditional Bavarian style)! In short, if you're looking for a holiday immersed in nature, offering complete relaxation but also a sporty experience for all levels (from absolute beginners to expert brewers), this is the place to be!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in the Passeier Valley – we are thrilled! The hotel's location is ideal: right in the center of St. Martin, with the outdoor pool and tennis courts directly across the street. The bus stop is also just a few steps away – perfect for excursions into the surrounding area (Merano, Hinterpassiertal, etc.). Culinary delights await you here: The pizza and all other dishes were consistently delicious and prepared with love. We were particularly impressed by the house beer – freshly tapped and of the highest quality. The breakfast was very plentiful and left nothing to be desired – a perfect start to the day. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. You feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. In conclusion: A wonderful place to enjoy and relax – we would love to come back!

After an eight-day stay, I can only recommend the Martinerhof. Comfortable rooms and very clean. The food is excellent. Parking is very convenient. The staff is simply top-notch. A big thank you to the owners for their hospitality. It was wonderful staying with you.

Discovered on vacation in 2024. Great food, tasty, fresh, top quality. We were there again in 2025. Everything was the same as the year before, so it wasn't a flash in the pan. Highly recommended.
