In our Hotel Alpenrose, we set a high value on cosiness and culinary enjoyment. We spoil our guests with varied theme evenings, culinary journeys and excellent wines. A rich breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury delicacies as well as typical regional products awaits you at the start of the day. In the evening, we serve you a 5-course gourmet menu with traditional South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes, prepared by Martin and Josef Auer, the chefs and sons of the house.

We enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable break at the Hotel Alpenrose. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the wellness area was a dream. We participated in two guided hikes and a bike tour. The guides were also very knowledgeable. A big thank you. We would be happy to recommend you.

We recently stayed at the charming Residence Alpenrose and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, beautiful, and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Location, friendliness, cleanliness, food, everything of the highest quality. I've been here at least once a year on my motorcycle since 2013. I'll be back. Very warm atmosphere, and everyone speaks perfect German. Unfortunately, the prices increased by about 20% in 2019—a real shame. Markus's guided motorcycle tours are fantastic.

We had an all-around wonderful stay at the Hotel Alpenrose. The family-run atmosphere is evident in every detail – you immediately feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, the housekeeping is impeccable, and the food is simply outstanding: every evening, there's a multi-course menu to choose from in the morning, and vegetarians and vegans are also well catered for. The excellent wine selection complements this perfectly. The location couldn't be more beautiful: in the heart of the Dolomites at the Karer Pass. In winter, the ski lift starts right behind the hotel, and in summer, there are countless opportunities for hiking, cycling, or motorcycle tours. The wellness area is a real highlight – especially the modern pool with fantastic views of the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains. We've been here both in summer and winter and will definitely be back. A true gem in the Dolomites!

A superbly run hotel with excellent service! Highly recommended without reservation and hard to beat as a base for exciting motorcycle tours. The hotel offers a very good spa area and the cuisine is of a very high standard... rounded off by an attentive and extremely guest-oriented team. It was my first time there, but I will definitely be back. THANK YOU
