Komfort, wellness & many services

For an unforgettable holiday, we offer comfortable apartments of various sizes, for up to six people. All of them are bright, furnished in rustic style and equipped with: one or two bedrooms, sofa bed, one or two bathrooms and a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, Sat-TV, safe and hairdryer. Our apartment house also features a common room with library, a sun terrace, a wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin, a bike and ski storage. The parking space for your car is about 40 m away from the EDEN apartments. Dogs are welcome on request and for a fee.

Dream holidays at the foot of Seiser Alm

The centre of Seis with its shops, cafés, restaurants and an interesting event program is only about 50 meters from our house. In addition, you can easily reach the cable car that brings you to the famous Seiser Alm high plateau. There you can find countless hiking and biking trails, ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails and also great views of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage.

We stayed at comfortable Eden Apartments for skiing vacation in Dolomites. Just 5min drive there is a huge skiing resort Seiser alm, that is in the Sella Ronda skiing circuit. At Eden we had freshly renovated rooms, fully equipped kitchen even with a dishwasher! Each room has a balcony with wonderful view to the mountains. There are two saunas in the house what is great to use after active skiing day. Communication with the staff was very easy through WhatsApp, all my questions were answered immediately. Thank you, Ferrari family!! Hope to see you next year!

Perfectly located apartments in the center of Siusi, 100 meters from the ski bus stop and 800 meters from the cable car. Clean, cozy apartments with terraces and balconies, very well equipped. Highly recommended in every respect. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Eden Apartments. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was provided. The spa area was also a highlight: after a long day of skiing, we were able to relax and recharge there. We were also impressed by the apartment's central location, which allowed us to quickly reach everything we needed. A special thank you goes to Melanie at reception, who was always friendly and helpful. Communication was seamless. In short: We would love to come back!

What a beautiful apartment! Fully equipped. In a prime location. After years of expensive hotels in Siusi and Compatch, this is our new go-to winter sports destination. A friendly welcome and clear communication (via WhatsApp). We had a wonderful winter sports week. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment was missing some essentials, like a microwave or even a sponge for washing dishes. There was a kettle, but we couldn't use it due to the strong vinegar smell, as it had been cleaned with that. We found a sign saying the tap water was drinkable, but they could have at least left a bottle of water so we could get by until we went to the supermarket. The hair dryer is old and doesn't work well, and there are no shampoos or similar products. Although check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 9:30 AM. When we asked about this large difference, we were told that there's only one cleaner, as if the fact that they only have one cleaner was our problem. The only positive things I can say are the location and the fact that the room heats up easily. Therefore, if you choose this place, keep these shortcomings in mind.

A place where you can and should feel comfortable! A very well-maintained house and the apartments are a dream... well-kept, clean, and with a pleasant atmosphere! Everything you need is there! Melanie is a gem - thank you again for the excellent service. We spent a wonderfully beautiful week there, and the best part is that dogs are allowed, but you wouldn't know it from the rooms or the house! You have everything you need, and the location is simply perfect for the town and the train station! The small wellness area is perfect, just one small suggestion - the hours could be 1.5-2.5 hours longer... because when the house is fully booked, you hardly have a chance to use it as it's reserved for military units (that was the only minor drawback...). We will definitely be back next year, because it was simply the perfect accommodation for our vacation!

Very pleasant operators. Very large, bright, and clean apartment. You really feel at home here. The location and surroundings are great. The apartments offer plenty of space, comfort, and lots of storage space. The sauna is also very tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back, because even in bad weather or without snow, the good location is an ideal starting point for many excursions or activities!

There were four of us friends, and we spent a week in the apartment. It was more than spacious enough for four people, and the location is lovely and central. However, with a few small adjustments, the experience could be even better for our liking. For example, providing at least one kitchen sponge for cleaning pans, etc., would have been helpful. It's a very inexpensive item, and it's in everyone's best interest to be able to properly clean the cooking utensils and the stovetop. We also would have appreciated more toilet paper for a whole week. And if there was a dishwasher, at least two or three dishwasher tablets would have been nice, as I've experienced in similar accommodations before. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay at a fair price. Best regards, and see you next time!
