We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Winkler. Everyone was always very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday! We were also very impressed with the breakfast and the sauna area. Highly recommended!

The rooms are superbly equipped, and there's a large indoor pool and a beautiful sauna with plenty of options and ample headroom, as well as wellness facilities and treatments (massages and other therapies). A large, covered terrace offers stunning views, and parking is available right outside the door. The spacious bicycle storage room is equipped with charging points for e-bikes.

The hotel itself and the apartments are of a good standard. The pool and its opening hours are a definite plus. For those who, like us, place great value on wellness and relaxation, there are certainly better alternatives. The spa area is sufficiently large and well-equipped with two saunas and a steam room, but it is generally only open three days a week and only until 8:00 p.m. Furthermore, there is no staff present in the spa area, which means that families with children, in particular, are constantly using the spa and relaxation area, moving back and forth between the pool and the spa. This creates a commotion and noise level more akin to a water park. Children are actually not allowed in this area. The house rule prohibiting swimwear in the spa area is also ignored. It can be disconcerting to suddenly find a family with three children in swimwear sitting in the sauna. This is unpleasant for everyone. Due to the lack of supervision and the fact that we couldn't truly relax in the spa area, we deducted one star.

Beautiful new apartments. Resort-like amenities, fantastic breakfasts. Wonderful pool, a welcome treat after all those walks. We've booked for next year too. Highly recommended.

Stayed as a family of five. PERFECT stay. We made an error while booking (number of people was not accurate) which got us a bit stressed at check-in but the lady in reception worked it professionally. The swimming pool was a great addition. Views were amazing. The pizza and pasta at the Resturant were so good. Breakfast was good, people who manage the breakfast were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely family stay in a beautiful apartment. Very friendly people, making you feel at home quickly. The breakfast was superb, with everything you could wish for. The playground and the animals provide great entertainment for the children, as does the swimming pool. The bus stops right outside the door and takes you to the center of Bruneck in 10 minutes. Furthermore, there are all kinds of sights nearby. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for your hospitality.

We spent nine wonderful days here. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Everyone is very welcoming and eager to recommend local attractions and activities. The swimming pool and sauna area are spotless and truly fantastic. Breakfast is lovingly prepared every morning; nothing is lacking. We would love to come back.
